Lavinleigh Studio is on the first floor, so after entering this fine house it’s up a small flight of stairs to the apartment where you will immediately begin to relax and want to explore Wadebridge and the surrounding area straightaway. The open plan living area has a warming woodburning stove and a large sofa, and there’s a delightful bedroom and bathroom available. With a host of fine restaurants, bistros and pubs all within a few minutes’ walk you will be spoilt for choice when it comes to dining out in Wadebridge. The town is also well served with a great selection of individual shops, most set in the pedestrianised area of the town just down the road. With several companies offering cycle hire, why not ride along the scenic Camel Trail into Padstow and enjoy a well-earned lunch and a wander around this most popular fishing port before the ride back to Wadebridge. For those who do want to take the car out and enjoy a day on the beach, Polzeath and Rock are both close by. A lovely Cornwall base for a relaxing break.
